I placed a request online and received a phone call back the same day. Kyle was friendly and competent. He gladly answered all of my questions and replaced our leaky valve. As we recently moved into our house, he helped me to understand what each valve was for and offered to label them for me. He went the extra mile and I won’t hesitate to use them again for any plumbing needs.

The customer called because he had a leak in the garage wall. He had speculated that this was coming from a hose bib. When the hose bib was cut out, it was noted that it had frozen and cracked at some point. Southside Plumbing installed a new hose bib and connections to it. Parts and labor warranty for one year.
Customer called because they are moving and had disconnected their washer and dryer. When they had done this, the valves were still leaking. Southside Plumbing installed a new washing machine box and the connections below. Tested for leaks and none were found.
The tub/shower in the upstairs hall bathroom has a tub stopper that has broken off and is no longer useable. Southside Plumbing replaced the stopper with a new push/pull stopper from Watco. The tub overflow trim was also replaced with a new brushed nickel plate and a new fastener. Debris was cleared out of the line to restore proper flow to the drain.
The client would like the disposal replaced with a new unit they are providing. The hall bathroom on the main floor has a faucet that was replaced by Southside Plumbing. A part from the old faucet was used to fix a different faucet in the master bathroom. The upstairs bathroom had a tub spout with a broken diverter. The diverter was replaced along with the shower head/arm. The new parts were provided by the homeowner.
Customer called because they had two leaking toilets. When inspected it was noted that the toilets would have to be pulled to be worked on because they both were under a banjo. Customer was given pricing to rebuild or replace both toilets. Customer opted to replace both with Kohler highline arcs. The laundry room toilet was replaced with the Kohler highline arc as well as the shut off valve and flex to the toilet. It was caulked down and inspected for leaks. The toilet in the master bathroom was attempted to be replaced, it was found that carpet would have to be cut to install a new toilet. Rather than do that, The customer opted to rebuild that tank and reinstall the existing toilet. That toilet also had a shut off and flex replaced. Parts and labor warranty for one year on toilet and all parts in the laundry room, and tank parts in master toilet.
Glad to get the pressure tank installed to get your reverse osmosis water up and running again. Cut out approximately 4 feet of copper piping and replaced it with new plastic piping, everything tested OK. Wishing you the best on the new adventure of working with the kindergartners. Customer wanted a second opinion on a floor drain which we tested and did not back up he will call if any issue arises.
Southside Plumbing cut out and removed a dual aquasana set up. The unit was hauled away and disposed of by Southside Plumbing.
The laundry drain was snaked out in an attempt to get the water to drain faster. The drain seems to be about the same and we believe the basket strainer is the issue.
Disconnected cast-iron fittings and piping from the roof drain. Found out there was a split Roberto, hub band that had caused the leak. Installed all new 5 inch bands are connected onto the existing cast-iron fittings, which we had sandblasted before reinstalling. Made a slight adjustment on one of the Clevis hangers. Everything fitted really well, and snug. Appreciate giving us the opportunity to work on your building, let us know how else we can help you out in the future.
